Dr. Jeff Goldsworthy graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1983 and the Canadian Chiropractic College in 1987.
Dr. Jeff is an avid sportsman. He is a former member of the National Badminton Team and still plays competitively. He has won the Canadian and U.S. Open Masters Championships.
Dr. Jeff has taken numerous post graduate courses including sports injuries and rehabilitation, pediatrics, x-ray and nutrition. He has treated numerous national team athletes. Dr. Jeff treats using a combination of chiropractic manipulation, active release therapy, stretching, exercise and nutrition.

Melody graduated with honours from the New York Chiropractic College and is a member on the Dean’s list and the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. She holds an honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Management Studies Minor from the University of Waterloo where she also played on the women’s varsity soccer team.
Melody is passionate in advocating women’s health throughout their pregnancy. She has seen the wonderful results that chiropractic care can do to help expecting moms and their families. She provides effective treatments for musculoskeletal issues like back and neck pain, and other conditions such as TOS, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder and ankle injuries, disc herniations, TMJ issues and other aches and pains.
Melody is Webster certified with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and utilizes a wide variety of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques that are safe for infants, pregnant moms and the elderly. Techniques include Diversified manual adjustments, Thompson Technique, Cox Flexion/Distraction and Activator Method. She encourages proper nutrition and exercise throughout pregnancy and provides workouts catered to each individual. She is also continuing her studies as a certified Doula in Ontario with Doulas Inc.

Dr. Jeremy studied Kinesiology and graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo. He then moved on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Along with his chiropractic education he completed a concurrent Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.
As a chiropractor and registered massage therapist, Jeremy can provide the most appropriate treatment for every individual’s needs or preferences. He uses a combination of treatment options including chiropractic manipulation, myofascial release techniques, toggle board adjustments, Swedish and non-Swedish massage along with other modalities.
Jeremy has a passion for health and wellness and has been involved in many different sports throughout his life such as soccer, curling, triathlons and CrossFit. He has experience providing field-side coverage for sports such as rugby, soccer, and cross-country, as well as ringette at a national level. Jeremy strongly believes that sport and activity are important for everyone, no matter your age, and aims to help keep people active for as long as possible.

Aimee Paikera is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing since 1997. She is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto. Aimee has worked in Vancouver, the GTA, and now Waterloo.
Aimee views massage therapy as a unique opportunity to assist individuals recovering from injuries, to manage chronic conditions, and to address their physical goals by encouraging a functional balance between mind and body. Whether a patient is seeking overall stress relief or treatment for specific pain, chronic condition, or injury, Aimee is dedicated to working with her clients to develop an ideal treatment plan that will achieve their goals. She enjoys using her technical skills and knowledge by incorporating Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, cranialsacral therapy, joint mobilization and reiki into her sessions.
In her off time, Aimee enjoys running, escape rooms, travelling, snorkelling, trying to be a competent gardener, and now exploring KW and the surrounding areas!

Andrzej Bugiel M.Ph.R, PT, M.OMSc (Physiotherapist, Osteopath). Andrzej graduated from the Academy of Physical Education, Krakow, Poland with a Master of Movement Rehabilitation Diploma and from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton with Master Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMS) . He is also a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Andrzej uses osteopathy: craniosacral therapy, facilitated positional release, myofacial release, muscle energy technique, post-isometric relaxation, reciprocal inhibition, joint mobilization, respiratory assistance, oculocephalogyric reflex (cervical), strain/counterstrain, visceral manipulation in his approach to patient care.

Tara studied Chinese as well as Japanese acupuncture and graduated in June of 2005. As a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture she is entitled to use the designation Ac (Acupuncturist) after her name.
She is a firm believer in continuing education and has plans to take future courses in cosmetic acupuncture, aromatherapy and herbology.
